Detailing

Detailing includes the fitting of Locomotive Crew, Fire Irons, Lamps (non-working) and supplied details such as cosmetic couplings and hoses. This mostly applies to British Steam locomotives but could be applied to diesels or any other locomotive of another origin.

Furthermore, pieces of rolling stock (passenger and freight) are included in this service. The Detailing of rolling stock would most likely include the fitting of passengers and lamps to coaches or the addition of goods (barrels, steel, logs, etc) to wagons, of course weathering would be recommended first.

Please note that this service Does Not include the fitting of commercial

'Super Detailing Packs' (often made of etched brass) which require surgery to rolling stock.

 

Given the Customising capabilities (the customer can order as many or as little products as they desire) of the Detailing Service and the range of products and suppliers, the price of the Detailing Service will vary on a case to case basis.

For this reason a Standard Price cannot be applied to this service.

It is highly encouraged to provide extensive detail to the comment section of the order form so I can provide the most accurate price and service to models.
