Painting

The Painting service provides a general painting service for modellers who want anything painted, with an airbrush or brush.

 

The service includes simple re-sprays of rolling stock but does not include complicated liveries with more than three colours or lining. Re-sprays of locomotives are a variable due to the the preparation and extra costs of stripping the paint, masking, glazing care and paint colours and are decided on a case to case basis.

 

Re-sprays may include the application of transfers/decals but this will bare an extra costs to the customer. The price of the transfers will depend on the customer's choice. CC Weathering services will negotiate the price with customer if transfers are desired. 

 

A 'Notes' section is included in the Order menu for customers to illiterate on the details of the painting e.g. colours and placement.

If additional weathering is requested then the appropriate weathering charge will be applied.
